Stars get paid their market rate, and this famous (if likely posed) photo is no exception. It's always a blast to see something that you've only spied in books. Sorta like when a Lincoln plate turns up-- no way we can raise that kind of cash, but it's fun to see them, even if it's only virtually.

Not sure if it is the same seller or not, but another stereograph of the same pic was on ebay last month. It sold for about $400 if I remember correctly.

This is one we all know. Goes to show what Bob Szabo has said about how the war was probably known to most folks through stereographs.
