  • Odd way of wearing your cap pouch.

    I found this picture on the internet and thought I would share it with everyone since I have never seen anyone with their cap pouch and belt on upside down before.

    Hallo!

    I would speculate, guess, that in his perhaps nervous zeal to turn the US plate upside down, he or the photographer forgot to flip the cap pouch on the
    belt.

        I've seen the cap pouch done like this in another picture. However the "US" was rightside up if I recall correctly.

          If that's a mirror image, everything's backwards, the bayonet would be on the wrong side. Here's my guess. That's the photographers stuff and "new guy" slapped the stuff on upside down, and the bayonet scabbard was just spun on the belt so it wasn't upside down.
