Is there a copy of the 1858 uniform regulations available?

I'm not sure if it's of any use to you, or if you already were aware of it, but the US and Danish armies had an exchange of infantry and cavalry uniforms and equipment in 1858. The US uniforms have been on display at the Royal Arsenal Museum in Copenhagen (not sure if they still are).

I was trying to see how different the regulation uniform of the years right before the war were from 1861 regulation uniform.
