Ask the good people at Circle KB, they do great work and have many patterns available: http://www.circlekb.com/

There's also my good buddy in NCOWS, Kid Couteau (Jason Chasse), who has done an outstanding job making me a pair of Civil War Navy pistol frogs. I'm not privy to all he has or can do, but he may have patterns or know where to get them. Email me for his contact information.
