  • What do you carry in your Cartridge Box accessory pouch?

Besides your membership card to your local ACW association and your medic alert, what else do you carry in the pouch?
I'm carrying wrench, worm, ball puller, spare cone and spare cone pick.

I don't carry either of the items you mentioned. If you become a casualty (real world injury) one of the first things to be stripped from you during emergency medical treatment or medevac, will be your accouterments.

I carry what was intended to be carried on the implement pouch.

    Patches.
    A leather patch.
Weapon's implements appropriate to the weapon I am carrying.
If I am a Sgt for the event, I also carry Sgt's tools for the weapons primary for the impression for that event.

Ditto Mr. Hicks. Medical info is on my person not in my cart. box (it is lso well known to all in my unit that I have asthma). what's in the pouch is what issupposed to be there: a few patches and the weapon's implements (usually a Springfield tool), occasionally a spare cone pick if I am working in some sort of NCO role.

Re: What do you carry in your Cartridge Box accessory pouch?

        Hallo!

        In the "Springfield" world:

        -combination tool
        -wiper
        -ball screw
        -spare cone
-a few patches or tow strands

I carried a letter from home in there for a while once.

        In the "Enfield" world:

Nothing :) (Depending on rank, a Private's or Sergeant's Tool in my knapsack with cone, patches/tow

I would have to ask... are emergency responders (EMT's, Paramedics, or Life Support team members) trained to look for things in one's cartridge box implement pouch?

        ;)

A membership card? Doesn't that go under one's hat cord? ;)

              Mike,

Question answered. No need to start an endless litany of various and sundry items that can be carried in a cartridge box. I'm going to shut it down now.
