    tin repair

    Bill at Village Tinsmith is in the hospital in critical condition with an undisclosed heart issue.
    He and his wife need our support.

    I am looking for contact info for Axel Ulrich or anyone who can do tin repair.

      Shay Lelegren does excellent repair and reproduction work. Give him time to respond as he only goes into town (and net access) about once a week.

        Folks,
        I don't think Christopher is the one in need. I took his post to be that Bill is the one in need, seeing as how ill he is, he may have orders/work to hand off to someone until he recovers, etc.

          There are a bunch of folks out there that can do tin repair. Most repairs I do cost more in shipping then the actual repair costs, so you are usually best to find someone local. A place to start is tintinkers.org.
