Slab Bacon Source

I used to use the very-much missed Scotts Hams as a source of slab bacon. The last of my supply is nearly gone and I wanted to see if a worthy successor had emerged as a favorite source of bacon for use unrefrigerated in the field. I checked out this thread from 2015, but most of the options highlighted don't ship their products: http://www.authentic-campaigner.com/...ght=Slab+bacon. Any recommendations? Thanks!

There's a place here in Huntsville, Alabama that sells them. Rocket City Meats I believe. I'm going to get some for the next event and try them out.
