i was wanting to ask. Many years ago there was a big debate on thread color. What collor threat has been researched as the right color? Is it brown or white? i know it should be cotton. Does it vary from maker to maker? give me some feedback or sourses as to what i need to be using. thanks guys

 Re: sewing thread

For federal sack coats, or shirts, or an RD2 jacket made of jean, or cassimere, or kersey, or satinette, the thread should be blue or brown or white or off-white or black and be made of cotton or linen or silk.
