    Re: Confederate Uniform Guidelines

Sounds easily doable. My only concern is that all I have right now is either a Richmond Rifle, or a '61 Springfield. I'll acquire an Enfield if I can, but not sure it'll be doable right now,

Also....... tentage? CS issue fly tents or just go without?

      Re: Confederate Uniform Guidelines

      Hi Tim,

Your Richmond or Springfield will be just fine. We'd prefer CS Fly tents, I forgot to add those to the list. Thanks for the reminder and questions.

        Re: Confederate Uniform Guidelines

        Hello Scott,

I'm rather new to this forum and trying to get an idea of how to de-farb my impression. What exactly is a fly tent? Would the cavalry have used them or only infantry?

        Thank you in advance.

          Duncan,
Here is a link to an article posted under the "Uniforms and Equipment Research" section on the Liberty Rifles website.

You may also find other informative information there as well as you refine your impression.
          Good luck!
