Liberty Rifles event portraying Hagoods Brigade of South Carolinians as well as North Carolina Heavy Artillery. Event will be held at the original fort in the lower Cape Fear Region of North Carolina.

Quick update, due to Covid restrictions, we’ve refocused our effort to a private event on private land for this spring. The event will focus on the Appomattox Campaign. This will be a marching event, with 10+ miles of dirt roads on the actual ground where portions of Lee’s army retreated west from Petersburg. We will be portraying the entire 2nd Md Infy Regiment and a Section of Washington Artillery.

This event is invite only. If you are in good shape, a reasonable weight, a reasonable age to portray a soldier, and you can meet the high authenticity standards, please shoot me an e mail at michaelclarke24@gmail.com.
