  • US Found items - Poncho, mitten

These items were carried found in the vicinity of Company B's shebang/fire Friday morning and went unclaimed when the battalion marched out. Rather than being left behind they were carried out by members of the California contingent that rode with me and, not knowing who to turn such items over to, remained in the back of my van.

I would like to re-unite them with the owners if possible. The poncho has SK inked in the corner and the mitten is a dirty blue trigger finger variety.

So, you think that scrap in the East is rough, do you?
Ever consider what it means to be captured by Apaches?

Did anyone happen to find a civilian billet bill in the Federal area at the end of the event? One of the fellows riding with me can't find his and it must have been dropped while he was changing at the end of the event.

              Nathan,

My waxed/greased "duster" rain jacket is with you.

I'll get it in Mississippi this summer. Work for you?

              Many thanks,

Did any find a set of black musical bones? THey would have been across they from Co. B's camp in the shelters with Co f. i twould be amazing if anyone had them.. they are rather hard to replace.

                Thanks a lot...
