                Re: With Pick & Spade - 2010 Update #5 - Registration Reminder

Pards we are T-30 days and counting away from With Pick & Spade - 2010! We are very appreciative of those who registered prior to the April 2nd Cut-off. We now have over 40 registered (Look for an updated list by Wednesday). I am allowing the usual folks who some how forgot the deadline or didn't think they could make it to register by April 9th. This will be the only registration deadline extension and their will be no-walkons. So, we are looking for a few more men who want to play with a pick, shovel, saw, axe, fascine knife to get signed up and join the ranks of Company G, 2nd Regiment of Engineer Troops. If you have already registered, please visit the registration page and join the pre-Event Listserv. This will be the Committee's way of communicating with you for all pre-event information. Thanks for the support. See you in the trenches.

Wow...this event is nearly here!!! It's been a fun year planning/preparing for this event.

The oppurtunity to practice field fortification is a rare one, and this event truly gives us that chance to do something 'different'.
