On the Warwick Line April 10th and 11th 1862

The Princess Anne Greys/ Lee's Sharpshooters along with Endview Plantation will be hosting a living history event entitled " On the Warwick Line, April 10th and 11th 1862. " to be held on April 10th and 11th 2010 at Endview plantation in Newport News, Virginia. This will be a "school of the soldier" type event where we will be Drilling Gillams Manuel for Volunteers and Militia, as well as various other living history type demonstrations. We will be depicting Company D of the 1st Virginia, who camped on the Warwick line across the street from Endview plantation in April of '62.

This weekend is looking to be a beautiful one. If you are out and about in the Tidwater/Hampton Roads Area of Virginia come out and visit us at Endview Plantation in Newport News. The house and grounds will be open, and the Princess Anne Greys school of the soldier will be going on on the house grounds. Come out and support Virginia's Confederate History Month!!!!!
