To answer your specific questions. This is a flat Haversack event. You will be issued period rations. If you have a medical condition that requires certain rations that you need to bring, please contact your company commander , Skip Owens if you need additional answers.
As far as kick off, I know that the 8th Kansas companies were told to be on site by 6 pm Friday 9/10, again contact Skip for more info, the 45th Alabama may be doing somthing different? Hope this helps. :)
