  • Need a Commissary

I would like to solicit help with the food aspects of this event. I don't mind purchasing it but I need someone with more experience than I in the commissary aspect of events to figure out just what is needed.

Contact me via PM or email if you would like to take this aspect of the event on.

    Re: Need a Commissary

    Michael,

I won't be able to function as Commissary, but there's a few of us who have some 'tools' for estimating food/costs and have done fairly well over the last couple years providing such @ events. Shoot me an email, and let's discuss how our team of Virginians can help:

A couple questions that will help:

    1. How Many People are you expecting?
    2. Do you have any documentation to support what would have been issued?
    3. How 'agressive/strenuous' will the event be?
