Verizon Yahoo e-mail problems

    Verizon Yahoo e-mail problems

    Hallo!

    Any Verizon Yahoo customers...

    I learned today that I have been without email since last Friday (3/26/10) as Verizon has ended Verizon Yahoo and is requiring customers to switch over to Verizon.com.

    (They had sent out e-mail warnings but mine was so small I could not read or enlarge the print.)

    Customers are allowed to "switch" between March 27th and April 27 only.

    After holding for an hour, a Verizon rep said they were having issues and did not know when they could be fixed..

    I am not able to "switch" over due to their "issues."

    I have learned that the Verizon Yahoo change and its related problems only apply in a handful of states, one being Ohio.
