Cooper coat pattern

All,
I am looking for a pattern for the James L Cooper (20th Tennessee) single breasted frock coat that is at the Carter House in Franklin. I know there is one out there but no luck as of yet finding one. I wear a size 42.

I had helped Bob Parker many years ago take some detail measurements on the coat and I have always wanted one.

Pardon my dim and fading memory, but...
Is the lining fabric for that coat the basis for County Cloth's "Cooper Check" fabric?

As a maker and seller of hats, I understand when you do research and go to trouble gathering information. I know that Charlie did the leg work on this pattern. I forgot to say that I will be glad to pay Charlie a fee and the owner of the pattern if someone has a copy of his pattern. I do not want it for free.
