small hand mirrors

Sam Watkins (Company Aytch) mentions the Union soldiers affixing small mirrors on their stocks which allowed them to shoot over their rifle pit without exposing themselves. I've been trying to find what a small mirror looks like. I read somewhere else they had a zinc handle or frame. Can anybody show me their mirror?
