  • Living History Position, Vick NMP

Vicksburg National Military Park is looking for an experienced reenactor who is enrolled in college to work from May through August with the park's living history program. The pay is good and you get to fire rifles and a 12lb Napoleon for a living. Can it get any better than that?

Contact me if you are interested and I will fill you in on the details.

Any of you all who are in college and are looking for a future in the National Park Service, this is a golden opportunity here, a good way to get your foot in the door so to speak.

I would love to do this for my internship but have a baby due in september.

I did this in the summer of 2000 and will always have a place in my heart for vicksburg.

          Good luck searching
