Nice article on the state of these forts and what's being done to help them. After the first page you have to enter a little demographic info to continue but it's painless.

Sad thing is those forts have been scheduled to get funding for as long as I can remember. Fort Pike will flood in a hard rain and the outside buildings that were destroyed that they mention were nothing more than modified sheds you buy at Home Depot.
