  • Policy Change to Rule Number 1: Sign your Full Name

Starting today, we're going to allow folks who go by their first and middle initials, or even in some cases a nickname (like Tripp) to use that in their signature line. Use the name you go by - the name people in the hobby know you as. And be sensible about it - not foul or profane.

    Examples:
    A.J. Calloway
    Topper Runyon

Your last name must still appear in your signature line.

Here's the catch - your full name needs to appear in your Profile. That way if we have to track you down in your hometown because you absconded with someones hat, we know how to find you.

The administrators here feel that the mods have to spend too much time chasing folks down over their signature line.

I realize this is a major policy shift after years of enforcing full names, but if you follow our rules with the profile, the full name should only be one click away.
