Wow, what a terrific barrel head! What Pennsylvania city is it from--where did gramps find it? The DuPont stencil is great, and the 1862 date is perfect for the Allegheny Arsenal explosion. Let me know if you're willing to make a second replica keg--we'd be interested in displaying one in the Allegheny Arsenal exhibit at the Heinz History Center.
