I saw that as well...suprisingly, that might be the rest of hte strap still wrapped around his body..or that could be it laying in the distance. Is that a federal forage cap laying near as well? I'm not a shoe expert but at first look I think he's wearing Jeff

A lot of overcoats and a LOT of exposed cartidge boxes (presumably from pards/enemies taking his remaining rounds?). I think in the original picture the guys is wearing a striped shirt...not textured.
