  • Seeking resources for an Irish impression

    Gentlemen,
I have been assigned a roll of a drafted Irish immigrant for Westville. In an attempt to create my impression I tried viewing Kevin O’ Beirne’s article, Playing Paddy Right. Unfortunately the link did not work and I would like to know if anyone has that article available and be willing to share it? If anyone has book recommendations or advice I would appreciate that as well.

A good book that might help you would be "Life In Civil War America". It talks a little about city life during the war.
