Gents,

What are the starting and finishing times for this event? I've read throught the info, but haven't seen those particulars. Need this to see how much time I'll have to try and take off from work.

I recieved an email saying that everyone had to be there before 8:30 PM on Friday, but it said that step off was at 8 PM... The event will be over by noon.

We ask that all company commanders be on site by 7pm. There will be an officer’s call at 8pm. We ask that ALL participants arrive by 8:30pm if at all possible so we can get you checked in and inspected. If you cannot make it by 8:30 please make sure to let me and your company commander know so we can make alternate arrangements to get you into the event. As Brandon said everythig should be over by no later than noon on Sunday. We want to make sure guys have a chance to get home without being to pressed if at all possible.
