On behalf of the Governor Guards I would like to thank the ONV for a fantastic weekend. The march and readings were great and the charge on the railroad cut was a very humbling experience. We look forward to seeing you all again!

Hi gents,

Thank you for your support and excellent impressions during the weekend. We covered a good portion of ground and had the most docents to share with comrades than any other NMP LH we have hosted. Many thanks to the officers and nco's whom prepared for the weekend and made Chandler's Tactics and United States Infantry Tactics easy to blend within the Iron Brigade Guard.

Perhaps in 2015 we will have another event to host for our comrades.

As docents set the stage with Lt. Loyd Harris - to the pretty maiden in the black dress while on the march - carry arms. Beside the milk ration and Ivan's cake I am sure this will not be forgotten by many.
