Re: E. J. Thomas Mercantile Contact

I was mistaken as to the original issue being taken care of so I have reopened the thread at Mr. Robinson's request. However, let us not turn this thread into a vendor bashing discussion but try to limit discussion to the problem at hand.

I have not received a reply or any information... Guess a canteen chain and a canteen sling must take a lot of time! Its just money right? Just venting...

I was informed that my waxed flesh belt was shipping in 4 days.
That was several months ago, and it was ordered 6 months prior to that.
          Oh well, it's only money!

Sorry to add fuel to the fire.
          Regards,

For those that were able to get in touch with Bill Lomas, what is the best way you recommend reaching him. I have tried the company phone number and company email.

Some feedback for this thread would be appreciated. Could those who posted herein and who were informed that goods would finally be sent, please provide status that goods have been received. I'm not trying to open new wounds. Just trying to see if some of you have been made whole.

I ordered a canteen cork and trigger finger mittens. I got them on Monday, just over one week later.

I have received a shipping notice with a tracking number, my long awaited order should be here tomorrow by the looks of it.

Lew, the only way I was able to get in touch with him was through the MODS, I think Runyon got in touch with him. Anyway, he responded the next day that he was shipping the following, but I didnt get a shipping notice for a few more days. My order did arrive yesterday(according to my wife), but I sitting in Kuwait and wont be able to check it till i get home. Im sure its all there because my order was small-basically the same order as Jordans-so I know the stuff is in stock. I would like to thank Justin and the MODS for getting involved in this, and encourage those who havent received their orders to stay diligent-the squeeky wheel gets the oil.
