Re: Surrender of Secession - Westville, GA 1865 - OCt 2012

I will be there! And I just want to make sure that the correct dates are still Oct 18-21, 2012 (Thurs-Sun). Is there any chance we can arrive again on Wednesday? That was useful for those of us who were able to do so. (Too bad it won't be the full moon again. That was wonderful!)

Angela, Yes those are the correct dates. I am hoping they are spaced out far enough after the 150th Perryville. I see no reason we can't get ther on a Wed again.

Vivian and I plan to attend in 2012. Westville (SCAR) has set a lofty standard for civilian-centric events. I hope there will be more.....

This puts it another week out from Perryville and not on the same weekend as the Vicksburg event. It also still avoids Halloween. This is locked in now with the site.

                          Thanks,
